Such a classification under the CLP regulation can be initiated by different parties. In this case the initiative came from Denmark and one of the reasons was the differences in self classification of geraniol, a substance manufactured and imported in the EU in over 1,000 tonnes per year.<br>Verschillende besluiten over de goedkeuring van werkzame stoffen worden vertraagd door het ontbreken van een geharmoniseerde indeling. Kan een allergische reactie veroorzaken.'<\/p>\n<p>In dit geval wordt uw product niet als sensibiliserend beschouwd, dus; \"GHS07\", noch \"Waarschuwing\", noch \"H317\" moeten worden vermeld in de gebruiksaanwijzing.<\/p>\n<p>Maar \"EUH208\u2013 Bevat geraniol. Kan een allergische reactie veroorzaken.\" moet op het etiket staan.<\/p>\n<h4>CONCENTRATIE GERANIOL IN HET MENGSEL: GERANIOLGEHALTE: X &gt;= 1,0%<\/h4>\n<p>This concentration limit is used to trigger classification of a mixture as a skin sensitiser.<\/p>\n<p>In dit geval wordt uw product, zonder tegenstrijdige gegevens, beschouwd als een sensibilisator met symbool GHS07, \"Waarschuwing\"; <strong>en Huidsens. 1 H317<\/strong> :\u00a0Kan een allergische huidreactie veroorzaken<\/p>\n<h4>DEADLINE<\/h4>\n<p>Aangezien deze geharmoniseerde indeling minder streng is, zullen de meeste bedrijven voor Geraniol, vergeleken met de huidige, niet wachten met het aanpassen van hun labels, SDS,\u2026 tot de deadline (1 maart 2022). U kunt de wijzigingen direct verwerken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>*Let op: als het product andere ingredi\u00ebnten bevat die ook als huidsensibilisatoren worden geclassificeerd, moeten de concentraties worden opgeteld! Raadpleeg voor meer informatie \u201cRichtsnoer voor de toepassing van de CLP-criteria Richtsnoer bij Verordening (EG) nr. 1272\/2008 betreffende indeling, etikettering en verpakking (CLP) van stoffen en mengsels.
