Such a classification under the CLP regulation can be initiated by different parties. In this case the initiative came from Denmark and one of the reasons was the differences in self classification of geraniol, a substance manufactured and imported in the EU in over 1,000 tonnes per year.<br>Molto spesso, le decisioni in merito all'approvazione di sostanze attive subiscono ritardi a causa della mancanza di una classificazione armonizzata. Pu\u00f2 provocare una reazione allergica\"<\/p>\n<p>In tal caso, il prodotto non sar\u00e0 considerato un sensibilizzante e non devono essere menzionati nelle istruzioni per l'uso \"GHS07\", \"Avvertenza\" o \"H317\".<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, la dicitura EUH208 \u2013 \"Contiene geraniolo. Pu\u00f2 provocare una reazione allergica\" deve essere apposta sull'etichetta.<\/p>\n<h4>CONCENTRAZIONE DI GERANIOLO NELLA MISCELA: CONTENUTO DI GERANIOLO: X &gt;= 1,0%<\/h4>\n<p>This concentration limit is used to trigger classification of a mixture as a skin sensitiser.<\/p>\n<p>In tal caso il prodotto, in assenza di dati contraddittori, sar\u00e0 considerato un sensibilizzante con i simboli GHS07, \"Avvertenza\" e <strong>Skin Sens. 1 H317<\/strong> : pu\u00f2 provocare una reazione allergica cutanea<\/p>\n<h4>SCADENZA<\/h4>\n<p>Dato che questa classificazione armonizzata \u00e8 meno rigorosa, per il Geraniolo, rispetto a quella attuale, la maggior parte delle aziende non aspetter\u00e0 la scadenza (1\u00b0 marzo 2022) per adattare le proprie etichette, SDS ... \u00c8 possibile modificarle immediatamente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>*Attenzione: se il prodotto contiene altri ingredienti classificati come sensibilizzanti cutanei, le concentrazioni devono essere sommate!
